DLF s.r.l. works as a technical partner in the design and development of embedded electronic solutions: boards, sensor/actuator integration, firmware, and development toolchains.

We collaborate closely with customers to translate cost, timing, regulatory, and operating environment constraints into sustainable, manufacturable architectures.

Our focus is engineering quality: requirements traceability, design reviews, targeted testing, and documentation that supports maintenance and product evolution.

What we do

Industrial embedded work across hardware and firmware: Zephyr RTOS, STM32/ESP32, bare-metal, integration, and CI/CD-backed delivery.

Hardware design

Electronic architecture, component selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout. BOM, prototyping support, and coordination with external manufacturers.

Firmware (Zephyr & bare‑metal)

Zephyr RTOS and bare‑metal firmware: drivers, communications, diagnostics, updates, and hardening. CI/CD for repeatable build-and-test pipelines.

R&D consulting

R&D support for architectural decisions and compliance context (e.g., Machinery Directive, CRA). Code review, proof‑of‑concept, and production ramp-up support.
